Recipe - Mrs Dash Vegetarian Chili

1 cn (15 oz.) chili tomatoes
1 cn (15 One half oz.) red kidney
beans, undrained
2 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cumin
Grated cheese, optional
Chopped onion, optional
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for
510 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onion if desired. Serves 4.
