Recipe - Mrs. Subias Fideo

Ingredients:

1 pack Fideo (sometimes know as
angelhair pasta)
1 cn El Pato (Mexican hot sauce)
1 Clove garlic
One half Onion; chopped fine
1 cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Olive oil

In a medium hot pan add Olive oil then add Fideo topped by onion and begin
to toss for a minute then add garlic and brown ingredients but do not burn,
so you will need to constantly toss. Once lightly browned add El Pato then
enough broth to cover, Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for twenty
minutes. It will look like an Italian Pasta with a light sauce coating on
the outside. This dish is HOT I recommend to NonC.H.s half tomato sauce
