Recipe - Mr Foods Asian Chicken Salad

2 tablespoon Sesame oil
One half cup Sesame seeds
4 Cloves garlic; minced
2 pound Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves; in 1/2"
chunks
Three fourths cup Vegetable oil
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup White vinegar
1 Head Napa cabbage; in
bitesize pieces
1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds
and garlic 23 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken,
vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 45 minutes or until
chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin
oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken
mixture nad toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 68. MC
