Recipe - Mr. Turkey Sausage And Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 cup Vegetable or chicken broth
1 pack Mr. Turkey Smoked Sausage,
cut into 1/4" slices (16oz)
1 tablespoon Oil
4 cup Assorted cutup fresh
vegetables
3 1/3 cup Hot cooked rice

In small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger.
Gradually blend in broth until mixture is smooth; set aside. Coat
large, nonstick skillet with vegetable spray. Brown sausage; remove.
Add oil and vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring 35 minutes or
until vegetables are crisptender. Add sausage and broth mixture.
Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over hot rice. Makes 5
servings.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes. Serving Size:
1 cup turkey vegetable mixture (approimately 221 calories); 2/3 cups
rice (approximately 176 calories).
