Recipe - Mr. Foods Turkish Pilaf

One fourth cup (One half stick) butter
1 md Green bell pepper, minced
2 One half ounce Sliced mushrooms
1 One half cup Cubed tomato
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
10 One half ounce Condensed chicken
Broth
1 cup Uncooked wholeor long
grain rice
Three fourths cup Water
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over mediumhigh heat. Add the green
pepper and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add the remaining
ingredients, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat
to low. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes o Note: No fresh mushrooms? Use a
46 ounce can of cut or sliced up mushrooms just drain them first. And no green
pepper? Try minced zucchini.
