Recipe - Mozzarella And Tomato With Lemon Dijon Dressing

1/3 cup Olive oil
One fourth cup Grey Poupon Country Dijon
Mustard
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Fresh basil leaves, finely
chopped
One half teaspoon Sugar
3 md Tomatoes, cut or sliced up
6 ounce Mozzarella cheese, cut or sliced up
2 cup Mixed salad greens
One fourth cup Pitted ripe olives, coarsely
chopped
Chopped fresh basil leaves
In small bowl, whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice, basil and sugar; set aside.
Arrange tomato and cheese slices over salad greens on serving platter. Top
with chopped olives and basil leaves; garnish as desired. Drizzle with
prepared dressing before serving.
