2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Green peppers; seeded,
thinly cut or sliced up
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 One fourth pound Mild or spicy Italian
sausage; cut or sliced up into 1inch
circles
1 Jar; (32 ounces) meatless
spaghetti sauce
1 pack (16 ounces) rigatoni or
ziti; cooked and drained
3 cup (12 ounces) County LineŽ
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350F In large skillet, heat oil and saute peppers and
garlic until peppers are crisptender. Re move and set aside. Saute
sausage circles until brown. Drain any fat. Combine peppers, garlic,
sausage, Spaghetti sauce, pasta, and 2 One half cups cheese in 4quart cas
serole. Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Top casserole with remaining 1/2
cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, only until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
