Recipe - Mozzarella Cheese Puff

2 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Butter; softened
1 pound Mozzarella cheese; shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degress. Sift tigether dry ingredients. Cream butter
and mix in mozzarella; add flour mixture and mix well.

Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 to
20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
