Recipe - Mountain High Herb Baked Eggs

One fourth pound Ham, flaked
8 lg Eggs, fresh
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One half cup Sour cream
2 teaspoon Fresh chives, chopped
2 teaspoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Three fourths cup Shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 4 1cup ramekins. Divide flaked ham
between ramekins. Whisk together eggs, mustard and sour cream. Stir in
herbs and top with shredded cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and
set.
Makes 4 servings.
