Recipe - Mounds Candy Bar

Three fourths cup Mashed potatoes
1 pound Coconut (4 cups)
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 pound Powdered sugar
COATING
6 ounce Chocolate bits
4 ounce Semisweet chocolate
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt
over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge. Store in
tightly sealed container. NOTE: Any chocolate will work, aslong as it will
