Recipe - Moscow Potato Salad

4 Med Idaho potatoes, peeled
And minced
4 Boneless chicken breast
Halves, coked & minced
1 lg Cucumber, seeded, minced
2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 teaspoon Fresh snipped dill
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Lettuce leaves
1 cup Mayonnaise

The idaho Potato commission obtained this recipe on a trip to Moscow. Cook
potatoes in water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl toss potatoes with
chciken, cucumbers and eggs, dill, salt and pepper. Line a large platter
with lettuce leaves and dome on mixture. Spread with mayonnaise to
completely cover salad dome.
