Recipe - Moroccan Sweet Rice With Cinnamon

1 1/3 cup Uncooked regular rice
2 2/3 cup Water
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Margarine or butter
One fourth cup Powdered sugar
Ground cinnamon
Combine rice, water and salt to boiling in 3quart saucepan, stirring once
or twice. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 14 minutes. (Do not lift cover or
stir.) Remove from heat. Fluff rice lightly with fork. Cover and let steam
5 to 10 minutes. Stir in margarine and powdered sugar. Sprinkle with
cinnamon. Serve warm.
