2 Eggs
One half cup Halfandhalf
1 teaspoon Onion instant minced
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Corn whole kernel(12oz)
1 cn Salmon drained(7.75oz)
3 ounce Cheddar cheese shredded
1. Beat eggs in a mediumsize bowl; add remaining ingredients except
cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a wellgreased 1 1/2quart casserole;
sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or
until firm.
