1 One half pound Stewmeat*
Cabbage
1 pack Frozen BABY lima beans
Pealed; minced potatoes
Peeled; cut or sliced up carrots
Corn
1 lg V8 juice
Water
Black pepper to taste
Onions
Sweet peas
Minced garlic
SPICES TO TASTE
Garlic
Black Pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Basil

Brown meat, onion, spices and salt(to taste) Add all other ingredients
Simmer for 45 hours. Serve with buttered crackers
As you can see, this is a very forgiving recipe. Add veggies to taste. My
husband like green beans so I also add this. Only add a small amount of
cabbage. Is for taste only.
**I make stew meat by mixing Round steak and any other cheap cut of meat.
Better the day after, the day after.......
Freezes well in tupperware for about 6 mo. Might do better in canning
jars(mason).
