1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up pork tenderloi
1 Clove garlicsmashed and cho
1 Small white onion cut or sliced up
1 Bell peppercenter removed a
One half cup Chunky pineapple
1 Cucumber cut or sliced up bite sized
1 Tomato cut or sliced up bite sized
One half teaspoon Soy sauce
1 Green onioncut into 1"piece
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Fish sauce
One half teaspoon White vinegar
1/8 teaspoon MSGOPTIONAL
One half teaspoon Cornstarchdisolved in One fourth c
Vegetable oil
****In a wok, cook pork and garlic in hot oil for 34 minutes over medium
heat. Add MSG, sugar, fish sauce, and onions. Stir 56 time, then add the
remaining ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE CORNSTARCH MIXTURE. Continue cooking
34 minutes longer. Pour in the corn starch mixture. Stir well until all
meat and vegetables are coated with light clear starch. Remove from heat.
Serve hot over rice. My mother is here visiting from Thailand. I am sharing
