Recipe - Moms Pasta Salad

1 pound Macaroni or other small
pasta
One half pound Hard salami; cut into small
cubes
8 ounce Feta cheese; or mozzarella
One half cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved
2 Carrots; shredded
1 Cucumber; thinly cut or sliced up and
quartered (mom doesn't
peel; I do)
1 Green pepper; minced
1 small Head red/purple cabbage;
shredded
1 Head broccoli florets
(about 3 cups)
2 Bottles Italian dressing
(any typeI use creamy
Italian)
1 (up to)
2 tablespoon Oregano
1 (up to)
2 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Garlic powder

Hi everyone! Here's a summer salad recipeit comes from my mom who serves
it every summer! Enjoy! This makes enough for a crowd!
Cook pasta; drain. While warm, add the vegetables, cheeses and meat. Mis
well. Coat with the dressing; add the seasonings and mix well again. Chill
several hours or overnight before serving. **This recipe can be halved.
