Recipe - Moms Meat Loaf

2 pound Ground beef
One half pound Ground pork
1 cup Minced onion
One half cup Catsup
One half cup Seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Dried oregano
2 teaspoon Dried basil
1 One half teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon Ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F. By hand, thoroughly mix all
of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pack the mixture
into a 9x53inch loaf pan. Bake for about 1 1/4
hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in
the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled
away from the sides of the pan. Transfer to a
platter. Cut crosswise into slices.
