Recipe - Moms Cheese Cake

CRUST
2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Soft butter
FILLING
4 pack (8 oz) cream cheese (room
temperature)
1 One half cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
4 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Light cream
TOPPING
1 pt Sour cream
One fourth cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Crust: Cream butter with crumbs and pack tightly into springform pan.
FILLING: Pour into crust and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Then take cake out.
Turn oven to 350°. Set cake aside for 10 minutes and mix topping.
TOPPING: Beat together and place on top of cake. Bake in oven for 5 minutes
at 350°. Let cool in pan until cake leaves sides of pan.
