Recipe - Moms Apple Cake

2 cup Flour
2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths cup Oil
5 lg Apples
1 cup Nuts
Preheat oven 350. Mix together all ingrediants except apples and nuts. Peel
and slice apples, fold into mixture. Crush nuts and mix. Pour into a 13 x 9
greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 4555 minutes. For a local cake,
substitute Three fourths cup apple sauce for Three fourths cup of oil.
