Recipe - Mom Smiths Ham Loaf

One half pound Smoked or Cooked Ham; Finely
Ground
1 One half pound Lean Hamburger
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
One half cup Brown Sugar
One half cup Vinegar
One half cup Water
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and place in a loaf pan as you would a
meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Combine the
remaining ingredients and baste the meat while continuing to bake for an
additional 15 minutes.
