While in Mexico I aquired a taste for "Molletes". Give this a try for
breakfast. Slice of crusty bread toasted or One half subrole or bolillo
toasted, Spread with fat free refried beans and Top with fat free cottage
cheese. Bake or broil till bubbly. Enjoy with spicy salsa if desired.
