Recipe - Molho Campanha - Country Sauce

2 md Firm, ripe tomatoes, peeled,
seeded, coarsely chopped
1 lg Onion, minced
1 small Green bell pepper, cored,
seeded, and minced
1 cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Minced fresh cilantro

Place all of the ingredients together in a glass
(nonreactive) bowl and stir to mix well. Cover with
plastic wrap and store for 1 hour so that the flavors
can mix. Use with grilled meat. Makes 2 cups.
