Recipe - Molded Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup Boiling water
1 pack (3 oz) lemon flavored
gelatin
1 cn (11 oz) mandarin orange
segments
1 cn (8 One half oz) pineapple tidbits
1 md Apple; minced
1 md Banana; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Nuts; coarsely chopped

Workbasket Recipes: This issue (December 72) has so many intriguing
recipes.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange segments (with syrup),
pineapple tidbits (with syrup), apple, banana and nuts. Pour into 5 cup
mold. Chill until firm. Serve with your favorite fruit salad dressing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
