Recipe - Molded Shrimp Eggs

Ingredients:

6 Eggs
One fourth cup Heavy cream
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Pepper
1 cup Baby shrimp
6 Bread rusks
1 cup Hot MORNAY

Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby
shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 ounce molds. Fill with egg mixture. Place
molds in water bath. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with
sauce & serve.
