Recipe - Molasses Whoopie Pie

2 Eggs
2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Molasses
1 cup Margarine
1 One half cup Sweet milk
4 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Cloves
5 cup Flour
FILLING
2 Egg whites
2 teaspoon Vanilla
4 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoon Milk
1 One half cup Vegetable oil
1 pound 10 x sugar
Cream shortening,sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredents.
Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 810 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg
whites till stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add
shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put
together.
