Recipe - Molasses Rye Bread

Small Loaf
1 One fourth cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Butter; or canola oil
One fourth cup Unsulphured molasses
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 cup Rye flour
One half cup Unprocessed wheat bran
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
1 Three fourths cup Buttermilk
4 teaspoon Butter; or canola oil
One half cup Unsulphured molasses
3 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One half cup Rye flour
Three fourths cup Unprocessed wheat bran
1 One half teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoon Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use regular bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
