3 cup Bread flour; (2 cups)
2/3 cup Oatmeal; (One half cups)
2 teaspoon Salt; (1 One half tsp)
One fourth cup Oil; 80 deg,(3 T)
1 1/3 cup Water; 80 deg, (1 c)
SETTING: White Bread, LIGHT
10 o'clock
Molasses adds a delicious flavor to this moist, oldfashioned bread.
