Recipe - Molasses Marinade For Chicken Or Pork

One fourth cup Molasses; plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon Reducedcalorie ketchup
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 One fourth teaspoon Dried crushed red pepper
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 Cloves garlic; minced
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate chicken
or pork. Yield: Three fourths cup
