Recipe - Moist Carrot Cake

2 cup Flour
2 cup Brown sugar
3 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Chopped walnuts
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Oil
3 cup Grated carrot
ICING
100 g Cream cheese
50 g Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 cup Icing sugar
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add 1 cup oil and beaten eggs
then grated carrot and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into baking tin. Bake in
moderate oven for 1 hour. To make icing mix together the following:
100gm cream cheese 50 gm butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups icing sugar
