Mock Wheat Bread recipe makes 6 Servings
2 teaspoon Saf yeast
2 cup High gluten flour
One half cup Bran flakes
1 tablespoon Wheat gluten
One fourth cup Wheat germ
1 tablespoon Tofu white drink powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Warm water
Place in tub in order listed.
