Recipe - Mock Soy Sauce

3 tablespoon White vinegar
2 teaspoon Dark molasses
Three fourths teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Garlic powder

Here is a recipe for mock soy sauce that came from The Vegetarian Gourmet.
Dianne, you may want to try this. I haven't yet but I thought I would post
it for you anyway, hope its good.

Mix all ingredients together and serve with brown rice and tofu dishes.
Store in refrigerator. Yields 1/4c.
