Ingredients:
Mock Lobster Dip recipe makes 22 Servings
4 Hard boiled eggs
4 sl Cheese; chopped fine
1/8 cup Onion; chopped fine
One half Jar (small) pimeinto
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise to moisten
Salt & pepper to taste
Mash eggs & stir in remaining ingredients. Must be made ahead to blend all
flavors. Serve on crackers.
