Ingredients:
Mock Hollandaise Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper
Paprika
Melt butter in a saucepan, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in
mayonnaise, heat. Serve immediately on vegetables and garnish with
paprika.
