1 One fourth cup Evaporated skim milk
1 cup Plain low fat yoghurt
1 One half teaspoon Lemon juice

fraiche as a topping in place of sour cream. Here is a reduce calorie
version.
In Medium size bowl, combine the ingredients,cover and let stand at room
temperture at least 6 hours. Refridgerate and serve well chilled, whisking
the mixture before using. Store tightly covered in the refidgerator for up
to 5 dyas. Makes about 2 One fourth cups
