1 lg Drum or sheephead; cut large
filets
1 Box crab boil
1 Lemon; cut or sliced up
1 lg Onion; quarter
2 cl Garlic; peel
Boil fish with crab boil, lemons, onions, and garlic until fish starts to
flake. Cool. Remove skin and use as you would crabmeat. In a salad, it is
hard to tell the difference.
