Recipe - Mock Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

2 Cloves garlic peeled and
Minced
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Lemon juice
3 cup Belgian endive
6 cup Romaine lettuce torn
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper freshly
Cracked
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
1 1/3 cup Tomato chopped

Put the garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk
thoroughly. Add the endive and Romaine lettuce. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the
black pepper and parmesan cheese on top.

Garnish with chopped tomato.
