2 One half qt Popped popcorn
Butter flavored spray (Pam
or I Can't Believe It's Not
Butter Spray)*
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Dry Swissstyle
(mochaflavored) coffee
beverage mix
The following recipes are from the Popcorn Institute (with my modifications
noted by the *). I have not tried them.
Put popcorn in a large bowl: spray with butter flavored spray and toss
until evenly coated. Combine dry coffee mix and sugar; add to popped
popcorn and toss until wellmixed. Makes 2 One half quarts.
*original recipe called for One fourth cup melted butter. Instructions were to
drizzle butter over popped popcorn and toss until wellcoated.
