Recipe - Mocha Marshmallow Mousse

2 (3.5oz) milk chocolate
bars; broken
20 lg White marshmallows
1/3 cup Milk
2 teaspoon Instant coffee granules
2 Egg whites; beaten
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped
Almonds; cut or sliced up and unsalted
Additional whipped cream
(optional)
Heat chocolate bars, marshmallows, milk and coffee in a double boiler until
melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool. Fold in beaten
egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into a 5 cup mold or individual cups.
Refrigerate or freeze, good served either way. When serving, sprinkle with
cut or sliced up almonds, or whipped cream, if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
