Recipe - Mocha Loaf Cakes

One half cup Boiling water
1 One half tablespoon Taster's Choice freeze dried
coffee
2 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Sugar
1 cup Butter; softened
4 Eggs
One half cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pack (6oz) Nestle Toll House
semisweet chocolate
morsels
Confectioners'sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In cup, combine boiling water and Taster's
Choice freeze dried coffee; set aside. In medium bowl, combine flour,
baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter;
beat until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add coffee, milk and vanilla extract; beat well (mixture will appear
curdled). Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Nestle Toll House
semisweet chocolate morsels. Pour into 2 greased and floured
81/2x41/2x2One half inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 5055 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle
with confectioners' sugar. Makes two loaf cakes.
