Recipe - Mocha Filling (Cream Puff Filling For Passover)

2 ounce Semisweet chocolate
2 cup Whipping cream, chilled
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Instant coffee
Melt chocolate (microwave on medium setting for 2 minutes or heat in double
boiler). Whip cream with sugar and coffee until stiff. Fold in melted
chocolate. Fills 810 large puffs or 1216 small puffs
