Recipe - Mocha Chunk Cookies

2 One half cup Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Instant coffee granules
2 teaspoon Kahlua
1 cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
1 cup Butter
2 Eggs
10 ounce Semisweet chocolate; cut in
chunks

Preheat oven to 300ø Blend sugars and butter. Add eggs and coffee that has
been dissolved in Kahl=FAa. Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chocolate. Drop
by spoonfuls on baking dish, bake for 23 minutes.
