Ingredients:

1 cup Apples;chopped
1 cup Bananas; cut or sliced up
8 ounce Pineapple chunks;unsweetened
drained
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Celery;chopped
1/3 cup Mayo;reduced calories
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
16 Lettuce leaves;optional

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat, and
chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

Yield : 16 One fourth cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1 Fruit.
