Recipe - Mix-In-The-Pan Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
Three fourths cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoon Poppy seed
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Water
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, granluated sugar, poppy seed, baking soda
and salt with fork in an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches. Stir
in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
Bake 3540 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
and top is golden brown;cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with
