Recipe - Missing Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:
Missing Egg Sandwich recipe makes 4 Servings
One half pound Firm tofu, mashed
1 Green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Eggless mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Pickle relish
1 teaspoon Mustard
One fourth teaspoon Each ground cumin, turmeric
And garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread
with tomato and lettuce.
