Ingredients:
Miss Mary Willards Cheese Pudding recipe makes 1 Batch
2 Eggs; well beaten
One fourth cup Milk
18 Soda crackers; finely rolled
One half pound Cheddar cheese; grated
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Milk
Combine eggs, crackers, and One fourth cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add
cheese, salt and 1One half cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour
mixture into casserole. Bake at 350ø for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
