Recipe - Miss Americas German Chocolate Brownies

1 Chocolate cake mix
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 Stick butter
1 cup Evaporated milk
35 Pieces caramel
12 ounce Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cake mix and chopped nuts in bowl. Add
melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and mix. Put One half of this mixture
into a 9inch x 13inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
In a saucepan combine 35 caramels and 2/3 cup evaporated milk and mix until
caramels melt.
Sprinkle a 12ounce package of chocolate chips over top of baked cake.
Drizzle caramel mixture and rest of batter over top of cake. Bake for an
additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
