Ingredients:
Miso Soup With Pork (Butaniku Miso Shiru) recipe makes 2 Oz.
5 cup Dashi
4 ounce Thinly cut or sliced up boneless pork
2 small Thinly cut or sliced up leeks
3 tablespoon Red miso
Shiso leaves
Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add
miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with
shiso leaves.
