Recipe - Mints (No Cook)

2 ounce Cream Cheese
1 1/3 cup Powdered sugar or enough for
dough mix
One half teaspoon Vanilla, mint or desired
flavoring
Mix and knead thoroughly; separate and color/flavor as desired. Roll into
small balls, then pat into molds or flatten into circles and decorate. Can
even be pressed through a cookie press for desired shapes.
Suggestion for tinting: Divide dough into 4ths. Tint pink (flavor cherry or
strawberry), green (flavor wintergreen), and yellow (flavor lemon). Flavor
the remaining white portion with peppermint oil. Roll candy into balls,
press the back of a dinner fork into the balls to flatten. These are very
attractive when given alone or added as an accent to a plate of cookies as
a Christmas gift. Candy forms a very light crust when dry. Center remains
soft and smooth.
