1 tablespoon Olive oil;
1 tablespoon Dried leat mint OR;
3 tablespoon Chopped fresh Mint;
Trim stems from tomatoes and rince. In a large, nonstick skillet,
heat oil. Cook tomatoes 3 minutes, stirring. Add mint and stir to
