Recipe - Minted Iced Tea Slush

Ingredients:

2 cup Water
6 Regularsized tea bags
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoon Sugar
Three fourths cup Unsweetened orange juice
1 tablespoon Frozen lemonade concentrate,
undiluted
3 cup Club soda, chilled

Bring water to a boil; pour over tea bags and mint. Cover and let stand 5
minutes; discard tea bags. Strain mixture; discard mint. Add sugar; stir
well. Add orange juice and lemonade, and stir well.

Pour mixture into an 8inch square baking pan; cover and freeze 2 hours.
Spoon mixture into a pitcher; stir in club soda. Stir gently until mixture
becomes slushy, breaking up frozen pieces with a spoon. Yield: 6 cups
(serving size: 1 cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 30mg Sodium

Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
